At Arthur Peake & Sons, we are proud to have our own dedicated monumental masonry department, offering families in Usk a wide range of beautiful and lasting memorials. Choosing a memorial is a deeply personal decision. Our experienced team are here to provide guidance and support every step of the way.
Our monumental masonry services include traditional headstones, vases, kerb sets, plaques, and natural boulders. Each piece can be crafted in a variety of colours and materials. These include materials such as granite, marble, or slate, ensuring that the memorial reflects the character and memory of your loved one. Families are welcome to visit our showroom to view examples in person, and masonry brochures are also available on request.
Many families wish to create something unique. Our experienced Director, Kerrie Peake, helps us offer bespoke monumental masonry designs and is pleased to assist with any personal requirements. From initial ideas through to finished memorials, we will guide you with care and understanding.
Our service also includes advice on cemetery and churchyard regulations, ensuring all designs comply with local rules. We will take care of completing applications to local authorities on your behalf. We aim to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible.
We provide a professional inscription service. Families may wish to add an additional inscription to an existing headstone or create a personalised message for a new memorial. Our skilled masons can carry out both hand-cut and computerised engraving. They will ensure the wording is completed with care, accuracy, and respect. We design every inscription as a lasting tribute that reflects the memory and individuality of your loved one
We erect all memorials in compliance with the standards set by the National Association of Monumental Masons (NAMM) and the British Register of Monumental Masons (BRAMM), giving families reassurance of quality and safety.
We believe that every family should have access to dignified and lasting memorials. Our monumental masonry services in Usk are competitively priced. We work closely with families to provide options that suit both their wishes and their budget. Whether you are arranging a new memorial, restoring an existing one, or adding an inscription, our team are here to help with sensitivity and professionalism.
